Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using RandomSiret, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Service Description

RandomSiret is a fake French SIRET number generator. The service allows you to:

  • Generate random SIRET numbers with fake company data
  • Export up to 10 entries for free in CSV format
  • Purchase CSV exports for quantities greater than 10 entries

Important: All generated data is fictional and does not correspond to any real company. This data is intended for testing and development purposes only.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

  • Use the service only for lawful purposes
  • Not use the generated data to commit fraud or any illegal activity
  • Not attempt to overload or disrupt the service
  • Not use the service to create databases for commercial purposes without authorization

4. Payments and Refunds

Payments for CSV exports are securely processed via Stripe. Prices are displayed in euros (€).

Refund Policy: Since the service provides an instant digital product (CSV file sent by email), sales are generally final. However, if you experience a technical issue preventing delivery of your file, please contact us for a refund.

5. Intellectual Property

The RandomSiret service, its content, features, and design are owned by RandomSiret and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

The generated SIRET data is fictional and can be freely used for your testing and development projects.

6. Limitation of Liability

RandomSiret is provided "as is" without any warranties. We do not guarantee that:

  • The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • The results obtained will be accurate or reliable
  • Defects will be corrected

Under no circumstances shall RandomSiret be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.

7. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time, with or without notice. We may also modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will take effect upon posting on the site.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by French law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts.
